My art project is dedicated to raising awareness of the transformative practices of inner child work and somatic experiencing, emphasizing the importance of connecting with our subconscious mind in our daily lives. Through this exploration, I aim to foster resilience and enhance self-esteem by integrating emotional awareness with physical movement.

Inner child work involves reconnecting with our childhood selves, allowing us to address past experiences, heal emotional wounds, and nurture our well-being. By exploring the subconscious, we can uncover hidden beliefs and patterns that influence our current behavior and self-perception. Somatic experiencing, on the other hand, focuses on understanding the connection between our emotions and physical sensations. By using movement as a tool to process and release trapped emotions in the body, we can cultivate resilience over time and develop a healthier relationship with our emotions.

Through my artwork, I aim to visually represent these concepts, using vibrant colors, dynamic forms, and engaging imagery to evoke the feelings associated with healing and self-discovery. Each piece serves as an invitation for viewers to reflect on their own inner landscapes and consider how these practices can enrich their lives.
